Frequently Asked Questions

Why should we have a gift list?
Your guests will be thrilled to buy you a wedding present to celebrate your marriage. Creating a gift registry gives your guests an easy and flexible way to choose wedding presents they know you will love and also rather need. Even if you already have the essentials of your life in place, a wedding registry will enable you to build or upgrade your collection of homewares that you will treasure, and use, for a lifetime. A gift list also avoids the risk of ending up with multiples of the same present, or things you simply don’t want.
How do we set up our gift list?
You can set up your wedding gift list online or in our London Showroom. Here you'll meet your dedicated Wedding List Advisor who will make recommendations for your wedding registry that are tailored to your tastes and needs. They will be pleased to curate a selection of your favourite brands to get you started, and to introduce you to lesser-known designers we believe you’ll love. You'll be able to see presents in person and start adding items to your wedding list right away. You can continue to edit your gift registry right up to, and even past, your wedding day.
How much does creating a gift list cost?
Our wedding registry service always has, and always will be, free of charge. We don’t charge any fees for showroom appointments, and our dedicated customer assistance is all complimentary. We also offer couples two complimentary deliveries to UK addresses as part of our service, including a convenient Saturday service. Once you have booked your delivery, we carefully package your gifts in 100% recyclable materials so they arrive in pristine condition. If further deliveries are required we’re happy to assist, they start from £4.95, depending on the number and size of items in your order. Guests also get complimentary delivery when they spend £75 or more. Delivery on gift purchases below this amount cost guests £3.99 — which is a small contribution towards the logistical fees incurred assembling your personalised list from such a wide range of artisans and suppliers. Typically, the average guest spends £116, so for most people, delivery will be complimentary too. Guests contributing to Honeymoon Contributions or Cash Funds (except Charity Funds) pay a below-market rate handling fee of 1.9%. Please note that we do not profit from this fee — it covers the transaction costs charged by our payment gateway provider, Stripe.
