Harry and Meghan's Wedding List

Unless you’ve been living in a cave in the middle of the Atlas Mountains, you’ll be aware that the wedding of the year is taking place this month. HRH Prince Harry is marrying American actress Miss Meghan Markle at Windsor Castle on the 19th May. Here at The Wedding Present Co. we are huge fans of Harry and Meghan. Both are a real breath of fresh air for the British Monarchy, we love their happy-go-lucky attitude and don’t get us started on Meghan’s wardrobe!

The happy couple have chosen 7 charities which guests can support in place of a traditional wedding present. It has been reported that the happy couple have a small list of interior based presents for their closest family and friends, below we have chosen our top wedding presents that we think would be perfect for the royal couple.

Harry and Meghan epitomize the perfect balance between modern and traditional; respecting Royal tradition but adding their own modern approach. We believe their wedding list would be a real mix of traditional, must-have wedding presents and some more fun and unexpected choices.

We all know that our party-loving Prince enjoys the odd tipple, so drinks-based presents would play an influential part in their wedding list. Traditional cut glass is a must for any Royal household so these Cumbria Crystal coups are perfect for quaffing any leftover Chapel Down fizz. For cosy nights in Sandringham nothing is better than a tumbler of local Whisky served in a matching decanter. Harry and Meghan’s relationship blossomed on holidays to Jamaica and Botswana, so travel is obviously a shared love of theirs. Bostwana in particular holds a special place in their hearts as it is rumoured that it was here, camping under the stars, that they decided to spend the rest of their lives together. As we know, Meghan’s stunning engagement ring is focused around a diamond from Botswana.
