Spring is a great time to choose seasonal flowers such as peonies, tulips, hyacinths, stephanotis, freesia, ranunculus, tuberoses, sweet peas and English Garden Roses. Then you can mix these in with flowers that are available all year round such as roses, lilies, gerbera and daisies. Lex Hamilton Floral Studio have done such inspiring and modern floral arrangements for weddings.
In terms of flower style, we love to mimic the outdoors in Spring and have quite loose, wild and romantic floral arrangements and wedding bouquets.
‘’Spring weddings are becoming increasingly popular – partly due to the settled weather we have experienced over the last few years – but also beating the rush of the summer months which tend to be chocka with weddings and holidays. Whilst you don’t get the long summer evenings, it brings guests inside the marquee getting the party started earlier, and emphasises the atmospheric lighting on display.’’

You can have some fun with colour in your Spring Wedding Table design. If you are more hesitant to go for a bold look, start with classic base of neutral linens, cotton and crockery and then build in some colour and texture with your napkins, glassware and wedding flowers. Our go-to colours for Spring Weddings are bright pinks, soft yellows and sage greens. For more inspiration head to our Spring Weddings Pinterest Board.
"To make the most of the Spring ingredients we would recommend serving Lamb Cutlets, Early Season New Potatoes with Watercress and Asparagus for your main course at your wedding breakfast. We would serve this with a sharp salsa verde. For dessert you could serve a Rhubarb and Almond Tart with Ginger Cream and a Pistachio Crumb."

"Spring is one of my favourite seasons and the creation of your wedding invitation suite offers you the opportunity to tie together all of the beautiful colours and flowers that are abundant during Spring.
If you are planning to keep the design of your stationery pared back and simple, taking inspiration from the seasons for your colour palette can add a sense of personality while providing your guests with the first glimpse of what they can expect on your wedding day. By adding small pops of colour through your choice of ink, card and envelope colours, or the shade of your finishing touches, you can easily create seasonally specific wedding stationery.
However I also love incorporating original illustrations of flowers into my stationery designs, and Spring offers such a great range of flowers to choose from with their beautiful blousy heads, delicate petals and twisting fronds. Floral illustrations lend themselves so well to being embossed in foil which perfectly picks out the delicate details, feeling fresh and crisp for Spring."

The Jesus Peiro 208 is made from innovative recycled plastic, the taffeta in this dress gives bottles recovered from the seas new life as an heirloom dress.
The second is the Jesus Peiro 211 - perfect simplicity! This fresh, contemporary classic allows a bride to team minimalism with vibrant spring flowers and a cool, colour pop shoe.
Lastly, the Jesus Peiro the 206 . Woven dragonflies dart across the bustier and jacket of this ground-breaking three piece look. A light duster jacket for a fresh Spring day can be taken off and the palazzo pants combo will let you dance til dawn."
