Want some honest advice on whether presents will fit your colour scheme? Not sure where to start with your wedding list? Feeling totally overwhelmed at the thought of it all? You’re not the first! Many of our couples are concerned that they want their wedding presents to fit in with their home and existing style and colour palette.
All of our Wedding List Advisors have a vested interest and background in interiors and can offer honest and impartial advice on putting together a wedding list to suit your needs.
Some couples have shared fabric or wallpaper samples with us in appointments, allowing our Advisors to suggest ideas for wedding presents such as lamps and cushions that will work with their colour scheme.
Other couples have shared images of their sitting room or bedroom and asked if we think a present will work in the space. Our London Showroom has often been cited as the highlight of our couples wedding planning journey. In the heart of Chelsea, it’s a cosy double storey space arranged like the rooms in a house. With thousands of presents to see, touch and feel in person, a private appointment with your Wedding List Advisor is a brilliant way to start your wedding gift list journey.
However, we know that not everyone can make it into London for an appointment, which is why our service is also available virtually. We can still help you create your wedding gift list together with all of our support and expertise, even if you never step foot in our Showroom!
For those that can’t make it into our showroom, a Virtual Appointment is a brilliant alternative. Ahead of your appointment, we will send you a short questionnaire to fill out, which will help us understand your style and what you are looking to add to your wedding list. We will then send you a bespoke moodboard with clickable links to whet your appetite ahead of a video call on Zoom, where we can explain how our service works, get to know you and also show you other suggestions for your wedding gift list. You will still have your very own Wedding List Advisor, who will support you every step of the via email or the phone.

PERSONAL SHOPPING FOR YOUR GUESTS

It is not uncommon for some of your wedding guests to not feel comfortable with purchasing a wedding present online. We are very used to dealing with grandparents who may not be that tech savvy, so our Wedding List Advisors are well versed at taking orders over the phone. We love talking to your guests and get so much joy helping them to choose the perfect wedding present from your wedding gift list. Because we get to know you so well, we can offer top advice to your guests if they need a little guidance in knowing what to buy for you.
2. Your guests may want to see the present in person
Some of your guests may want to see a present on your wedding list in person, before purchasing it for you. This is a request we are always willing to help with. Provided we have the item in our showroom, we are delighted to welcome your guests in to see the present in person!
