How Our Service Has Changed

In light of Covid-19 we have introduced some new services to our offering. We have also made some adjustments to our existing services to make them as safe as possible for both our clients and our staff.

Introducing Virtual Appointments

A brilliant alternative to our London Showroom Appointments, meet your dedicated Wedding List Advisor via a video call and receive the same tailored experience and product knowledge via Zoom.

INtroducing Contactless Deliveries

Deliveries will now be to your doorstep and totally contactless. We are also operating with a smaller team so our deliveries are from Monday-Friday from 10am to 2pm. All our drivers are fully equipped with PPE and santisier.

Showroom Appointments

Appointments must be pre-arranged and we will be following government protocol on social distancing. We will only be allowing one couple in at a time, and we actively encourage all staff and visitors to wear PPE which we can provide. We will be reducing appointments down to 1.5 hours, to allow us to sanitise the showroom inbetween appointments.

Weddings have been hit particularly hard by Covid restrictions and we are aware that many of you have had to make very difficult decisions when it comes to your wedding. Our committment to you is stronger than ever, and we will do everything we can to make this part of your wedding the best it can possibly be.

We have used lockdown as a brilliant opportunity to add even more brilliant suppliers and presents to our online showroom. It's looking better than ever. Choose beautiful wedding presents that you will love, and use, for a lifetime from our extensive collection of over 400 brands. From all the big name must-haves to small, bespoke artisans, we guarantee you a wedding list that is truly tailored to you.

Our Wedding List Advisors are the best in the business. Whether it's a virtual appointment via zoom, or a private appointment in our London Showroom, or simply a chat over the phone or email, their unwavering advice and guidance when it comes to brands, wedding list etiquette and interior style is second to none.

What We're Asking You To Do

Bear With Us

As we adapt to a new way of working. We're doing everything we can to make your experience with us as wonderful as possible, but we are learning and adapting all the time! 

If You're Feeling Unwell

Please rearrange your appointment in our showroom. Simply let us know that you need to rearrange and we will happily get that sorted for you. If you have recently been in contact with someone who has since become unwell, please rearrange your appointment. We can always offer you a Virtual Appointment from the comfort of your home. 

Keep Your Distance

It goes against every bone in our bodies to actively keep a distance, but for the time being we ask that you stand 2m away from your advisor in showroom appointments. We also ask that you take advantage of our Sanitization Station when you enter the showroom. 

Just You and Your Fiancé

We politely ask that only you and your fiancé attend your showroom appointments. Under normal circumstances we love it when mothers, sisters, friends, interior designers join in on the fun, however at the moment we must take every necessary step to reduce the risk of the virus spreading.
