Redonda Up & Down Ceramic Wall Light

Late Afternoon draws on influences from both London and Madrid, and a considered, understated sensibility runs through its work. The Redonda Up & Down Ceramic Wall Light in Butter Yellow carries that approach into a sconce that reads as much like a wall sculpture as a source of light. Its soft, sunlit glaze holds its own whether the lamp is lit or not. When switched on, it sends a gentle glow towards the ceiling, picking out cornices, arches and the quieter architectural details of a room. Rooted in a tradition of careful handwork, its hand-glazed ceramic body settles comfortably into traditional and contemporary rooms alike.
