Since the very beginning, OKA has been on a mission to create things that make time spent with friends and family more memorable. They believe that’s the secret to living beautifully: enjoying it. Calling on talented artisans from all over the world to bring their ideas to life, the magic of OKA is the mix: hand-picked global treasures, rich textures and patterns, and timeless furniture profiles. It’s ever-changing but unwaveringly British; elegant and easy-going; sophisticated but never stiff.

Named after the Welsh word for bird, the Aderyn Dining Table in Burnt Elm from OKA brings a quiet nod to the natural world into the dining room. Its form is understated and considered, with a warm, aged tone to the wood that sits as comfortably in a long-established family home as in a newer one. Both sides fold down when not in use, so the table takes up less room on quieter days before opening out again when guests gather. It is a piece intended for considered daily living, with a character that rewards years of use at the table.
