How it works

1. Book An Appointment

Simply book an appointment at a time to suit you. We will share a short questionnaire for you to send back to us ahead of your appointment, and use your answers to build a curated selection of presents and brands to inspire your wedding list. Ahead of your appointment, we will send you a bespoke mood board with clickable links, to give you some inspiration and whet your appetite ahead of our meeting.

2. Lovely To Meet You

During a private Zoom video call you'll meet your dedicated Wedding List Advisor. Face-to-face from the comfort of your home, we'll introduce you to our boutique service. Together, we will discuss the answers to your questionnaire and go through your mood board. We'll then introduce you to your tailored selection of presents from our curated portfolio of brands.

3. Browse Our Online Showroom

Via screenshare, your Wedding List Advisor will share a tailored selection of presents and brands with you. With their unrivalled expertise, your Advisor will help you navigate our Online Showroom, highlighting brands and presents along the way they know you'll love.

4. List What You Love

With the simple click of a button, list any present you love during your virtual appointment. By the end of your appointment, you will have made a brilliant start to your wedding list. Continue to browse and add to your list in your own time, with the unwavering support of your Wedding List Advisor always available via email or the phone.

Being able to have the appointment virtually was extremely helpful and made the process much more exciting being able to chat to our advisor in person. As we are not currently able to see any of the items physically, it was really useful to be able to discuss in detail and receive advice on some of the items that we were deliberating on.
