Based in the Kent seaside town of Ramsgate, I create and produce ceramics and interior objects.  British seaside landscapes, the history of London, Greek mythology, Italian kitsch decoration, East end markets and British vegetable growing culture inspire and inform my imagery and exploration of design, resulting in a healthy obsession with columns, peas and seashells. My hand-crafted ceramics are objects of empowerment, designed to evoke nostalgia and strength, whilst focusing on classical design.

<p>Designed and made in the United Kingdom by Minnie-Mae Studio, the Olive Branch Plate in Green takes its cue from Mediterranean dining culture, bringing a sense of occasion to the everyday table. Its botanical motif lends a quiet, organic warmth to each setting, while subtle variations from piece to piece reflect the maker&#x27;s hand and give each plate its own individual character. Equally at home during a weeknight supper or a more considered weekend gathering, the plate sits naturally alongside both pared-back neutral tableware and bolder patterned pieces, making it a welcome addition to any well-layered collection.</p>
