Based in the Kent seaside town of Ramsgate, I create and produce ceramics and interior objects.  British seaside landscapes, the history of London, Greek mythology, Italian kitsch decoration, East end markets and British vegetable growing culture inspire and inform my imagery and exploration of design, resulting in a healthy obsession with columns, peas and seashells. My hand-crafted ceramics are objects of empowerment, designed to evoke nostalgia and strength, whilst focusing on classical design.

<p>Made in Britain by Minnie-Mae Studio, the Pair of Pears Platter in Pink brings a characterful presence to any table setting. A playful pear motif, set against a soft pink ground, gives the piece an air of quiet charm, striking a considered balance between whimsy and refinement. Bold in motif yet restrained in palette, the platter holds its own among more formal tableware while inviting a second glance. Part of the Pair of Pears collection, it earns a permanent place rather than a seasonal one.</p>
